By 2047, the hundredth anniversary of India’s independence, I envision an India with fully literate citizens conversant in digital technologies and leading a responsible life that can be sustained on our planet with available resources. Today Indians control much of the world – Indian origin prime minister in the UK that ruled India for about two centuries, Indian origin vice president in the most powerful nation on earth (USA), Indian origin head of states in about a dozen other countries in Asia, Europe, and Latin America! And hundreds of parliamentarians and law makers of Indian origin all around the world. Eight out of the top ten most powerful technology companies in the world have Indian CEOs as well as the World Bank! I hope this trend to continue and we Indians will dominate every sphere of life all around the globe – this is by our sheer hard work and ability to manage work-life balance, and still being available 24×7 for 365 days!

I envision India emerging as a premier technology hub for research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. We invest in research and innovation, fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and government institutions across the globe to drive ground breaking innovations in all fields of science and technology. To achieve this vision, collaboration and partnerships are vital. India fosters international cooperation, attracting investments and expertise from around the world. We engage in knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and joint research initiatives, creating a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and skill development. In summary, my vision for India is to create a sustainable, efficient, and inclusive knowledge-based society. India becomes a global leader in renewable energy adoption, drives technological advancements, and fosters partnerships to address environmental concerns while unlocking economic opportunities. By embracing innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainability, India paves the way for a greener and brighter future for humanity.
